Kevin Borich is a New Zealand born Australian guitarist and singer-songwriter who was a founding member of The La De Das, the leader of The Kevin Borich Express, and a founding member of The Party Boys, as well as a session musician for numerous acts. He recorded two albums for the Image Group in 1977 at the beginning of his solo career, after he disbanded the La De Das in 1975. “Celebration” was credited to The Kevin Borich Express, while the follow up .”Lonely One”, was credited as simply Kevin Borich. The best of those two albums have been distilled into this Avenue CD.

AC/DC are an Australian rock band formed in 1973. They were founded by brothers Malcolm Young on rhythm guitar and Angus Young on lead guitar. After The War was initiated by Dr Brendan Nelson, Director of the Australian War Memorial, and recorded at Rancom St Studios in Sydney with Garth Porter (Producer). This album commemorates and honours the men and women who are serving, and have served our country; and coincides with the 100 year anniversary of the signing of the Armistice on 11th November 1918, the end of The Great War. The album spans from Gallipoli and Passchendaele, to the sinking of HMAS Canberra in 1942 in the waters off Savo Island, to the Battle of Long Tan in a rubber plantation in Vietnam, and the blurred and dusty battle lines of Afghanistan. The songs have been brought to life by the contributions of talented and generous artists who have all donated their royalties to veteran services under the direction of the Australian War Memorial.

Working Class Boy (subtitled The Soundtracks) is a 2018 soundtrack album by Australian singer-songwriter, Jimmy Barnes. It is the soundtrack album for the 2018 film of the same name, based on the 2016 memoir of the same name, which became a tour in 2016 and 2017 in which Barnes sang songs and told stories from the memoir. The album was released on 17 August 2018. Disc 1 contains 12 songs, 2 instrumentals and 13 spoken word pieces captured live at the State Theatre (Sydney) on 12 April 2017. Disc 2 is an 8 songs recording with a full band on a Soundstage for the movie version of Working Class Boy. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2018, the album won the ARIA Award for Best Original Soundtrack, Cast or Show Album.
