Un premier album à jouer en mode repeat lors d'une soirée qui ne finit jamais. Après deux EPs, Jean Tonique présente Well Mannered Frivolity, un premier album aux multiples influences. Il y joue tous les instruments, et a sélectionné une brochette d’invités pour l'accompagner : le rappeur américain Ciscero pose sur «This Feeling», la vocaliste Keyone Starr, découverte sur le single de Mark Ronson «I Can’t Lose», chante sur deux morceaux. Dabeull est sur «The Party» et Etienne de Crécy apporte sa touche techno immaculée à «Radio Tuning». Jean Tonique contrôle l’espace sonore pour ce voyage qui se conclut par l’élégiaque «Home», aux accents kraftwer-kiens. L’idéal cocktail pour un premier LP, à jouer en mode repeat lors d’une soirée qui ne finit jamais.
