Giovanni Battista Viotti (1755-1824) was an Italian violinist and composer, and one of the major figures in the advancement of modern violin performance. While he is remembered today for his 29 violin concertos, which proved to be his most original and enduring works, he was a celebrity in his day for his phenomenal playing. His intermittent career as a violinist took him from Versailles, where he joined the court of Marie Antoinette, to concerts in London. After failing at a wine business, Viotti turned to managing the Paris Opéra and taught several rising violinists, including Rodolphe Kreutzer

My Live Stories was recorded live over two days in the world famous Ocean Way Studios in Nashville, USA and is described by Susan as her ‘best recording yet’. With an ensemble of top notch session musicians and a first class recording environment inside a 100 year old converted church Susan performed a selection of her favourite songs from her previous albums along with new songs. The recording, mixing and mastering was made at 24bit / 96khz to capture the full richness of the performance. Highlights include the bossa nova influenced Billie Jean, the blues tinged Cry Me A River, an up tempo Perfect and a spine tingling performance of Desperado.

The first concert streamed live in DSD from the US, Walk The Sky captures a historic concert from vocalist Jenna Mammina and guitarist Alex de Grassi. Both extremely talented musicians in their own right, together Jenna and Alex created something more than just the sum of their parts. Alex’s fingers effortlessly blend dense jazz harmonies with rugged blues licks on “It Ain’t Necessarily So,” and Jenna channels her own pain (from learning of Prince's death hours before we went live) into a cover of "King of Pain" by The Police. Originally broadcast in DSD128, Walk The Sky was recorded to DSD256 at Skywalker Sound by Leslie Ann Jones and Cookie Marenco then mixed using our proprietary analog stage methods at Blue Coast Studios to DSD256.

This 8 CD set includes all the recordings of solo Spanish piano music she made for the Spanish company Hispavox in the 1950s and 60s, as well as a live recording of a concert with the Spanish soprano Victoria de los Angeles in 1971 and a concerto by Montsalvatge made in 1992.
