This book is an illustrated guide to over a 125 Yoga postures and contains the precise method, by which one can, over time, perform all of these Yoga Asanas.
Caroline Klebl, PhD, has been teaching Yoga within the US and internationally since 1997. She learned the Ashtanga Yoga method from world renown Yoga Guru, Sri K Pattabhi Jois over the course of nine years. She studied traditional Ayurveda and Pancha Karma, Sanskrit and Yoga Philosophy in South India and received a PhD in Yoga from the Alternative Medicine University of India. Her Yoga Asanas have been featured in two Yoga Calendars and Yoga magazines all over the world. She has also written numerous articles for Yoga magazines and produced a Yoga DVD. She developed 200 and 500 hour internationally accredited Yoga Teacher Training programs, which she teaches within the US and internationally.
