Michael Sabbag, "Developing Exemplary Performance One Person at a Time"
Davies-Black Publishing | 2009 | ISBN: 0891062491 | 232 pages | PDF | 2,14 MB

Product Description:

Rejecting the notion that one solution fits all when it comes to improving employee performance, Michael Sabbag instead focuses on building exemplary performance with one employee, one step at a time. He lays out a simple process to identify the right performance focus–one exemplary strength that can be leveraged and one expandable strength with development potential. He then shows how to select the right combination of tools and solutions–from job redesigns to one-on-one coaching–to achieve peak performance. In chapter-by-chapter detail, the seven key performance factors are examined to help actively engage employees in this easy-to-implement performance development process.
