They’re all super-varied — each program has three completely different circuits, repeated two times. So you can do the same moves again or boost the intensity with a level option (e.g. a faster tempo or a tougher body position). The toning intervals feature familiar targeted exercises like bicep curls, reverse lunges and planks. Even the cardio segments are often body-part-focused (e.g. fast-paced low squats for the lower-body aerobics). The final workout is Vinyasa yoga — a free-flowing series of classic poses. A very friendly and motivating instructor; Chris is always smiling. Requires 2 to 10 lb. dumbbells.
