Science and Divinity is a classic tale about the struggle between faith in spirituality and faith in technology, told primarily through the lenses of the two, female main characters— Geophia and Sapphire.
Geophia is the head of the Migus— the combined organization of every branch of science in the world. The Migus work hand in hand with the Sentry— they are the combined police and military force employed by the reformed American government known as the Edict. Geophia is very smart. Very powerful. Exceedingly ruthless. She believes spirituality to be a cancer and her technology the cure.
Sapphire is a Kai to her Guru Grandfather. The Guru are a mystical race of people who worship God and are empowered by His energy— Jhyra. The Guru are the masters. The Kai are the learners.
Now the Guru are being targeted and the faith she was raised in will be put to the test like never before— and she will have to determine for herself if she truly believes.
