Description
Hello dear English learners and welcome to my intermediate level grammar course.

WARNING: ***this course may leave you feeling angry as to why you were not taught like this before!!***

Who am I? I’m a native level English as a foreign language teacher and have been teaching for over 5 years. I’m bilingual, born in Russia, Siberia, but was raised in the capital of England, London. I’m a linguist, speaking French and Spanish, which I did a lot of independent studying for, as well as having a rusty intermediate level in Italian language. I know what it takes to learn languages, having the firsthand experience.

Over the years, I have observed and analyzed the common mistakes and questions from my students and decided that this the intermediate grammar is fundamental to speaking accurately and being able to get your message across when communicating. Once you master the intermediate grammar it’s easier to progress to the next level.

Who’s this course for:

For B1 and B1+ learners who want to have a solid structure and understanding of intermediate grammar but also for B2 level students who may have some gaps in their intermediate grammar knowledge.

Course structure:

Broken down into sections by topics with each topic carrying explanatory video, tables and sheets with information to download as well as quizzes to test your knowledge.

The grammar is visualized as much as possible using graphs and other visuals, with common learner errors and misunderstanding explained.

I try and provide hacks and tips to aid learning and understanding based on my own experience of teaching the language.

I tried to specify where the grammar mistakes are not too important when communicating and where you may actually confuse the other speaker with incorrect grammar, which I hope you find useful. However, if you’re looking to take English exams, correct grammar is extremely important.

I aim to continuously update and improve the course based on your feedback and my further advancement through teaching.

What this course will NOT do:

- prepare you for IELTS band 6.5 grammar-wise – this course is the equivalent of IELTS 4.5/5

- make you immediately fluent; grammar is just one of the pillars of English; you must also learn vocabulary, prepositions, phrasal verbs as well as practice your listening and speaking, reading and writing.

- theory and this course isn’t enough for you to use grammar confidently speaking; study the theory , practice, then return to theory again to clarify any unclear aspect, then practise again. It’s a process. There is no magical fix and anyone who promises you otherwise is lying

Happy studying!

Who this course is for:
B1&B1+ (pre- and intermediate) level students
B2 (upper intermediate) students with gaps in intermediate grammar
