This is not just a workout but an entire lifestyle change. Hi I'm Rebecca Wheatley. You may not recognise me but I was Amy the receptionist in Casualty. That was 12 stone ago and back when I was a size 32! In just 27 months I've dropped half my body weight and become a size 12/14 by following Slimming World's eating plan and taking up exercise for the first time ever. I also share my story of how I did it - it's all about eating sensibly, never going hungry, enjoying food and getting moving. Believe me it works! I have so much more energy, a brand new physical confidence, less stress and I even sleep better! I never thought that I'd say this but exercise is part of my life I really enjoy.
