Pascal Proust born in 1959, Pascal Proust studied music at the Conservatory of Orleans, before entering the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique in Paris in 1974. He graduated first 3 Price (Solfeggio Specialized, Horn in the class of Georges Barboteu and Chamber Music in the class of Maurice Bourgue). In 1985, he won the third prize at the Cannes International. He was a member of Philharmonistes Chateauroux (with George Barboteu), the Ensemble Ars Nova (Executive Marius Constant) and the Woodwind Quintet of Paris (oboe with Pierre Pierlot, Jacques Castagner flute, clarinet and Andre Andre Boutard Rabot bassoon). With these three sets, he has given hundreds of concerts in Europe, USA, Japan, Polynesia and recorded twenty CDs and TV shows. Holder of C. A. Pascal Proust until 2007 was professor of horn at the Conservatoire d'Orléans. It is since 1 January 2008 Professor of Chamber Music at CRR de Paris. Director of a collection dedicated to the horn by Editions Combre, he created a method in two volumes (J hear the horn), studies and pieces for horn and piano, as well as a hundred other pieces for various instruments , chamber music and large ensembles various (published in G. Billaudot, La Stravaganza, R. Martin, Notissimo, Fertile plains and McCoy's Horn Library at U. S. A. ).
