British blues-rock artist Joanne Shaw Taylor has announced her new studio album The Trouble With Love, set for release on October 23 via Journeyman Records. Produced by Kevin Shirley, the album finds Taylor exploring the emotional highs and lows of love through a rich blend of blues, rock, soul, and modern roots music.

Alongside the announcement, Taylor has released the deeply personal new single “This Is Who I Am,” a soulful reinterpretation of Celeste’s original song about acceptance, vulnerability, and self-love.

The song was originally selected for the hit spy thriller series The Day of the Jackal, but in Joanne’s hands it takes on an entirely new emotional weight. Driven by expressive vocals and a passionate guitar performance, the track becomes one of the most intimate moments on the upcoming album.
