Sigesmundsen is Claus Sigesmundsen from Copenhagen also part of duo "Kill The Geek" together with his good friend Gitte Thuusgaard.Roots originally from Denmark and Greenland. Started in his early years, playing the flute and piano, mainly classical. in the early teens, he switched to guitar, and did the whole rock thing. playing in various bands, both at music schools and local bands. Influences at that time, ranged from Rock to Heavy Metal to jazz.
In the early 90,s he started listening to chillout and movie scores, and began to compose Electronic and Classical tunes. Around 95, he discovered the rave, and electronic scene. listening and studying mostly psychedelic stuff, like T.I.P, Astral projection, Man With No Name e.t.c. around 2000 he discovered progressive trance. played a bit as a dj, but liked to compose hes own tracks. Started out in cubase as main daw, but switched to ableton live early. His influences are psy, full on, progressive, chill, ambient,Classical e.t.c and these genres are also those he works with and compose today.
