Massimo Farao' is a wonderful Italian pianist who has played and recorded with Red Holloway, Albert "Tootie" Heath, Tony Scott, Franco Ambrosetti, Nat Adderley, Jeff Tain Watts, Jack DeJohnette and Chris Potter, among others. Farao's passionate style and stoic romanticism are very attractive along with the rich harmonies he creates. For this release he is adapts and interprets Ennio Morricone's famous songs such as "Nuovo Cinema Paradiso", "Once Upon A Time In America", "Mission", "Playing Love", and more. Piano, guitars, trumpets blend the moving feelings of jazz and films. Venus's Hyper Magnum Sound is transparent and beautiful.

She has collaborated wtih Massimo Farao', Phil Harper, Rodney Bradley, Davide Palladin, Danilo Memoli and many others. For this release she's backed by a fantastic Arrigoni's Strings Orchestra.

Italian jazz vocalist Claudia Zannoni takes her inspiration from 1950s and '60s jazz, and singers such as Nancy Wilson, Anita O'Day and Ella Fitzgerald. She has collaborated wtih Massimo Farao', Phil Harper, Rodney Bradley, Davide Palladin, Danilo Memoli and many others. This set of songs draws from different worlds, that of standard American jazz, pop and Italian music. But there is something that unites them: the universal theme of love.

In Europe he has since worked with many top performers including Tony Scott, Jesse Davis, Franco Ambrosetti, Nat Adderley, Jack DeJohnette and a notable tour in 2007 with organist Joey DeFrancesco. Even with all of that, it is as the leader of his own trio that he really shines. Farao's passionate style and stoic romanticism are very attractive along with the rich harmonies he creates. For this release his quartet features Davide Palladin, Nicola Barbon and Roberto "Bobo" Facchinetti, accompanied with Academia Arrigoni's Strings Orchestra, conducted by Bruno Cesselli.
