This album features the new renditions of the historic theme signed by Henry Mancini, performed for Fonè label by Scott Halmiton’s trio with Paolo Birro and Alfred Kramer, Fausto Mesolella, Enzo Pietropaoli, Eleonora Bianchini, Riccardo Zegna and Giampaolo Casati, Peo Alfonsi and Salvatore Malore.

This album is part of the recordings made on the occasion of the concerts of the first edition of the fonè Music Festival Piaggio 2019. The concerts organized by fonè's Giulio Cesare Ricci were held at the Piaggio Auditorium located inside the famous Museum in Pontedera, the place where Piaggio was born and where it still continues to produce today.

The artistic adventure of DOS goes on, after the successful experience of the debut album that marked the beginning of an artistic bond between the voice of Eleonora Bianchini and the double bass played by Enzo Pietropaoli.

The second stop on the musical journey of Dos, took us to a new place where the third element of the group, acoustics, has changed. All this has given us new emotions and different stresses in our relating with sound. It was a stimulating and constructive challenge as was our first album.
