Tossing down straight acoustic shots with electric guitar back, Ty Segall rides through the valley of thee ol' Canyon legends, seeking an isolated place beneath the open sky to loose his herd of wild nerves.

His first album in forever (two years)! Ty glides smoothly into a wild area with a synthtasm of production redesign, dialing up a wealth of new guitar and keyboard settings. A seething statement of emotional austerity, Harmonizer enraptures the ear, while enabling Ty to cut through dense undergrowth, making groove moves for the body, mind and soul.

The Freedom Band’s first livestream was recorded by their 6th member, live sound engineer and sonic guru, Matthew Littlejohn and fellow head, Mike Kriebel. They teamed up with director Joshua Erkman to film the band in the round. The film was co-produced by LA’s Sid The Cat, with audio mixed by Mike Kriebel and mastered by Nick Townsend.

Ty Segall and Brian Chippendale (Lightning Bolt) are Wasted Shirt. Their debut, collaborative album, Fungus II, is out February 28th on Famous Class Records.
