While Corrie was the biggest winner at this year’s British Soap Awards, it was EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy who stole the spotlight with her super slim figure. The thirty five year old actress, who plays Sonia Fowler in the soap, looked sensational as she appeared on the red carpet in a floral dress. The 5ft 4 star showed off her svelte size 8 figure, having dropped around three stone since 2014, despite giving birth to her second daughter, Joanie, in 2016. Weight-loss psychologist Dr Aria, creator of The F.I.T Method (Dr-aria.com), agreed that the actress had lost weight the right way, saying, “Natalie appears healthier than she has in older photos, and seems to have found a lifestyle balance that will support her with the body she wants to achieve…"
