It is no secret that thick vegetation can hold a lot of bass and big ones as well. But in winter, many anglers will go and fish deep spots where they have confidence in their go-to techniques. However, punching is another fishing technique, but it is not for the faint hearted. Walking the Dog
A floating cigar shaped hard plastic bait with two or three treble hooks dangling conspicuously from all ends and painted eyes is not something that will convince many anglers to try and fool a fish with.
