Burn released two albums in 1993 and 1995 before falling apart under the weight of their own soft-lens solos and power-ballad expertise. This reformation picks up where they left off over a decade ago with unashamedly melodic retro-rock. More 'Father's Day Gift' than 'Pocket Money Treat' but the adherence to their 90s roots is admirable. If you are looking for some modern melodic Hard Rock that brings back memories of DOKKEN, FOREIGNER, HAREM SCAREM as well as some newer stuff like GOTTHARD, then BURN is the best choice for you.
