Danilo Rea, Massimo Moriconi and Alfredo Golino realize Tre Per Una, an album entirely dedicated to Mina, from October 25th in digital, cd, and vinyl. The three played many things with Mina, from rock to acoustics, from jazz to fusion, from Italian and international authors to tango.
This record is born from the desire to celebrate the influence that Mina has had on them both as musicians, leaving them always free to express themselves at best, and both as people in their human relationships.
The idea comes from an event about a year ago, where the three musicians were invited to Cremona to play Mina's songs. The concert was welcomed by the public with great transport and emotion to the point that the recordings began, in the PDU studios of Lugano, and the album mixes, entrusted to Celeste Frigo.
The album was in fact conceived basically as a studio live, produced and arranged by Massimiliano Pani, son of Mina and Corrado Pani.
Therefore, Tre Per Una represents in a certain sense the three-dimensional capacity that Mina had in joining, in her vast musical paths to musicians who, as they themselves declared, have always had freedom, due to their undoubted skills, of expression and therefore to be able to paint the skies and rooms of one of the most influential female figures in Italian music.
