Seven pieces composed using piano, string trio, and flute were written and recorded with the sole purpose of soothing women during childbirth. Between pieces are long pauses with ambient sounds fading in and out to maintain focus and meditation. It is intended to loop throughout labor, whether one chooses natural childbirth, an epidural, or undergoes cesarean section. Most hospitals have a CD player and speakers in every delivery room, including operating rooms. Please enjoy!
