The Value Of Decay is the 2011 album by musician/producer Mark Deutrom, who is credited on this as Mark D. One time member of Clown Alley, he was the co-founder of San Francisco label Alchemy Records with Victor Hayden before signing Melvins for their first album that he produced, before also producing their second effort. He then became a member of Melvins between 1993 to 1998. The Value Of Decay is his third solo album where he plays most of the instruments.
