For the past decade, the young American has toured the world, playing legendary venues such as Madison Square Garden, the Hollywood Bowl and RFK Stadium in Washington D.C.. Across the pond, he has performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival and Mahindra Blues Festival in India. Several times he was supported on the "Experience Jimi Hendrix" tour by his former bassist Billy Cox.

On TV, he has appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Conan O'Brian, and twice on Ellen DeGeneres, among others. At the age of eight, blues legend Buddy Guy took him under his wing, and he remains his mentor to this day. He shared the stage not only with him, but also with Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Jan Akkerman, Eric Gales, Los Lobos, The Roots, Derek Trucks & Susan Tedeschi, Joe Bonamassa and many other artists. He opened several concerts for B.B. King, who later had him play his legendary guitar "Lucille". Sullivan is so far the youngest musician ever to perform at the Montreux Jazz Festival.

In 2013, Quinn, then 14, played with Buddy Guy and Robert Randolph at the Eric Clapton-organized Crossroads Guitar Festival to a sold-out crowd at Madison Square Garden in New York City. An official performance for such a young artist. "Wide Awake" is strikingly fresh and represents the next step of an ambitious musician with a constant eye on the future. The new music clearly shows Quinn standing out from other players as an artist.

This new work underpins the positive impression the then 18-year-old made on his first German tour as part of the Rockin' The Blues Tour in March 2018. At a total of five concerts, which he gave together with Gary Hoey, Lance Lopez and Eric Gales, in Hamburg, Berlin, Dortmund, Frankfurt and Munich, Sullivan was celebrated every night by the audience as the new discovery in the blues.
