Dead Infection is the oldest and the most important goregrind band from Poland.Originally Corpses of the Universe intended to be a split with Mortician (US), but since things didn't work out for a variety of reasons, it was decided to release the material as a stand alone MCD/EP. This release also marks the first time since ''Surgical Disembowelment'' the band has used actual lyrics in the songs.
