Adriano Celentano - A New Orleans (1963)

Quest'album viene pubblicato dalla Jolly quando ormai Celentano da più di un anno ha fondato una sua casa discografica, il Clan Celentano: Guertler, per sfruttare fino in fondo la fama di Celentano, continua a sfornare 45 giri ed anche due album, questo e il precedente.
A New Orleans racchiude ben 10 canzoni già pubblicate su 45 giri (e alcune anche su album), e due inediti: la title track e Un sole caldo caldo caldo, stampati comunque su singolo in concomitanza della pubblicazione dell'album.
Si tratta, evidentemente, di canzoni che il Molleggiato aveva inciso quando era sotto contratto per la Jolly ma che erano rimaste inedite per qualche motivo.
I brani migliori risultano essere quelli già noti, come Si è spento il sole, Nata per me o 24 mila baci.
Due brani del disco, Gilly e Coccolona, sono cantati in coppia con la cantante svizzera Anita Traversi.
Come nei precedenti, anche in questo disco tutte le canzoni sono arrangiate dal maestro Giulio Libano.

Come gli altri, anche quest'album verrà ristampato dalla Jolly in svariate serie economiche. Il disco o parte di esso è stato ristampato in cd in varie compilation con diversi titoli,e con copertine differenti
