Martell, classically trained at "Operastudio 67" and "The Academy of Music and Drama" in Gothenburg, Sweden. Original compositions, as well as exhilarating adaptations of classic arias "Lascia Ch'io Pianga", from the opera "Rinaldo" by G.F. Händel and "Vengeance Aria" based on excerpts from the "Queen of the Night" aria by W.A. Mozart. Martell gives flight to the lyrics of American rocket scientist turned songwriter Brent Swarthout, resulting in an acoustic feast sure to please the most discriminating musical palette.
