Album released by the Brazilian musician and pianist Gaó (Odimar Amaral Gurgel) accompanied by The Ipanema Strings. Gaó became artistic director of the Columbia label in Brazil, where he formed an orchestra, began making recordings and was recognized as the best pianist of Sao Paulo. His career diversified as composer, choirmaster and radio (Radio Ipanema and National Radio). This album, recorded in the years of his artistic maturity, provides valuable pianistic interpretation of Brazilian music to bossa and samba rhythms.
