    Kiko Mendive was, like Perez Prado & others, a Cuban performer who found success in Central America. He was a singer, dancer, musician & comedian who was at his peak in the 40's & 50's working in many areas of the business in Cuba, The U.S., Mexico and Venezuela. This album which also features Perez Prado, is a testament to an overlooked, but important figure in the development of Cuban & Latin American music.
