Regula Mühlemann - Mozart Arias (2016)

The young soprano Regula Mühlemann is an up-and-coming star at the Sopranhimmel. As an achenchen in the fully-promoted Freischütz film of 2010, the Swiss singer for the first time attracted much attention. In the meantime, she has worked with conductors such as Simon Rattle and Daniel Harding. She has been a guest at the Baden-Baden Festival, has appeared in important opera houses in Paris and Zurich, where her voice has been admired as "bell-clean, bright and bright" (Neue Zürcher Zeitung). For this, her debut album with Mozartaria, which she has recorded with the chamber orchestra Basel under the direction of Umberto Benedetti Michelangeli (the nephew of the famous pianist), fits in. In addition to well-known arias from operas such as "The Abduction from the Seraglio" or "La Clemenza di Tito", Regula Mühlemann presents his eloquent coloratura security and delicate modeling characterization in demanding concertos with the virtuosic cantata "Exsultate, jubilate".
