His Bands on each albums are always full of top notch players in Jazz, ranging from artists like Christian McBride, Nicholas Payton, Christian Sands, Jaleel Shaw, Reuben Rogers, Anat Cohen and many others. He has been the pulse behind many great artists and rhythm sections such as Wynton Marsalis, Russell Malone, Mulgrew Miller, Dianne Reeves, Terence Blanchard, Dianne Schuur and many others.
