ANSYS Application Customization Toolkit (ANSYS ACT) rev.01062022

ANSYS Application Customization Toolkit (ANSYS ACT) rev.01062022 | 9.0 Gb

The software developer Ansys has unveiled ANSYS ACT (rev.01062022) is a customizations bundle of the ANSYS Application Customization Toolkit (ANSYS ACT) software family of products that empowers users to create extensions that integrate a set of customized features with the standard application.

The ANSYS Customization Toolkit (ANSYS ACT) is designed to allow customization at the application level directly in the Workbench and Mechanical GUI, hence giving users the possibility to create extensions that integrate a set of customized features with the standard application.

These customizations include specialized pre and post processing features without compiling external code or linking with existing ANSYS libraries. This can be in the form of custom load features, element options and element creation or results evaluation to calculate unique scalar or vector results.

Ultimately, this allows users to create new features with identical behavior and integration as a standard Workbench feature. The goal is to be able to insert specific needs within one general process in an easy and efficient way, filling the gap between basic scripting and software development.

Ansys ACT Tutorial : ANSYS ACT Extensions for Design Modeler(DM) using CSharp (C#) coding

This example demonstrates how to use C# coding for building ANSYS ACT Extensions for Design Modeler(DM).
Founded in 1970, ANSYS employs nearly 3,000 professionals, many of whom are expert M.S. and Ph.D.-level engineers in finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, electronics, semiconductors, embedded software and design optimization. Our exceptional staff is passionate about pushing the limits of world-class simulation technology so our customers can turn their design concepts into successful, innovative products faster and at lower cost. As a measure of our success in attaining these goals, ANSYS has been recognized as one of the world's most innovative companies by prestigious publications such as Bloomberg Businessweek and FORTUNE magazines.
