About ANSYS optiSLang. ANSYS optiSLang combines leading simulation technology of ANSYS with optiSLang’s powerful capabilities in variation analysis and process automation. By building CAx-workflows for automatic design variation studies (sensitivity analysis, optimization and robustness evaluation), virtual product development becomes more efficient. Modes of interoperability with ANSYS

The process integration and workflow building capabilities of optiSLang offer a distinguished support of ANSYS simulation tools. There exist 3 major ways to integrate ANSYS tools into optiSLang workflows and/or to use ANSYS’ powerful parametric modeling with optiSLang’s algorithms:

- In ANSYS Workbench: the optiSLang Workbench plugin makes optiSLang technology available inside the powerful simulation platform

- Using graphical programming capabilities of optiSLang to combine ANSYS CAE with third party CAE/CAD tools for process automation and workflow building
