Has a web interface. Name of the system (JIRA) was obtained by modifying the title of a competing product - Bugzilla. JIRA created as a replacement for Bugzilla, and in many respects follows the architecture of Bugzilla. The system allows you to work with multiple projects. For each project creates and maintains a security scheme and notification scheme.
