Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D 2020.0.1 Update

Autodesk Inc. is pleased to announce the first update of AutoCAD Plant 3D 2020. Built on the familiar AutoCAD platform, AutoCAD Plant 3D features specification-driven design and standard parts catalogs to help streamline the placement of piping, equipment, and support structures.

Fixed Issues

Collaboration Workflow
- Fixed an issue where openning collaboration projects failed in some special network settings.
- Collaboration workflow detects system proxy settings correctly now.
- New projects are now created correctly with a collaboration project template.
- Performance improvements for opening collaboration projects.
Vault Workflow
- Fixed an issue where migrating vault projects from a 2017 version failed in certain cases.
- Duplicate vault projects showed in open dialog in certain cases.
- Performance improvements for opening vault projects and drawings.

- Performance Improvements
Significant performance improvements on P&ID and Vault workflows.
- New Dark Theme
Your user interface is obviously something that you use all the time. Past customer feedback repeatedly indicated that we needed to make significant changes to improve the clarity and crispness of the dark theme. Similar sharpening was also applied to the light theme as well. As you can see, we optimized the background colors with the icon colors to provide the optimum contrast without distracting from the drawing area, where you're usually focused.
