CSI Bridge 24.0.0 build 1862 | 1.2 Gb
Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI) is pleased to announce the availability of CSiBridge 24.0.0 build 1862 is a graphic designing software used by engineers for modeling, analysis, and design of bridge structures.
The main improvements implemented in CSiBridge 24.0.0 are:
Parametric Modeling of Bridges
Prestressing cables layout can now be referenced parametrically to any of the beams and also to the bridge reference line.
It is now possible to model the closing concreting phases of prefabricated I or Super-T beams. This new tool can be used to simulate superstructure continuity for overloads and moving loads, with or without embedding in the substructure.
Bridge Classification
Sizing and rating of bridges per AASHTO LRFD 2020 is available.
Longitudinal web reinforcements for steel I-beams and U-beams can now be modeled beam by beam. These stiffeners are considered throughout the modeling, analysis, design and classification process.
Sizing
Significant improvements in the calculation of required reinforcement in shell elements according to Eurocode 2 (EN 1992-2 - Annex LL), which include the possibility to define preferences according to the National Annex, improvement in the determination of the optimal amounts of reinforcement, possibility of obtaining reinforcement for elements of variable thickness and presentation of detailed results in tables.
Analyze
Calculation of the rheological effects of concrete according to AS3600-2018, which includes shrinkage, creep and stiffness of concrete over time.
Possibility to include the interaction between the moment of greatest inertia, count V2 and torsion in generic sections and in open sections C.

CSiBridge is specialized analysis and design software tailored for the engineering of bridge systems. Suspension, cable-stay, elevated-roadway, and other types of bridge systems may be modeled and designed to suit any one of a variety of purposes, including means for crossing water, linking points between shear terrain, or extending over highway infrastructure. Customized controls and features integrate across a powerful object-based modeling environment to offer an intuitive, practical, and productive computational tool for bridge engineering. Advanced modeling features and sophisticated analysis techniques account for dynamic effects, inelastic behavior, and geometric nonlinearity. Code-based templates streamline the engineering process from model definition through analysis, design optimization, and the generation of comprehensive output reports. CSiBridge is the premier software for bridge engineering.
CSiBridge's Watch & learns
Founded in 1975, Computers and Structures, Inc. (CSI) is recognized globally as the pioneering leader in software tools for structural and earthquake engineering. Software from CSI is used by thousands of engineering firms in over 160 countries for the design of major projects, including the Taipei 101 Tower in Taiwan, One World Trade Center in New York, the 2008 Olympics Birds Nest Stadium in Beijing and the cable-stayed Centenario Bridge over the Panama Canal. CSI's software is backed by more than three decades of research and development, making it the trusted choice of sophisticated design professionals everywhere.
