Calculator Type - Operates as a basic calculator or a scientific calculator.

Set Tax Rates - Five applicable tax rates can be setup:
• Enable or disable each tax independently.
• Name each tax rate for easy viewing on tape display.
• Set as a "tax on tax", or tax on principal amount.
• Set the applicable order for each tax.
• Taxes can be applied based on variable criteria.

Set Decimal Places - The Novus Calculator provides eight options to set decimals. Choose from: Round up, Round down, Round up to 4 decimal places, Round 5 up - 4 down, Floating, or Automatic.

Percentage Options - The Novus Calculator lets users choose between five pre-defined percentage formulas.

Mathematical and Statistical Functions - The Novus Calculator guides you through the process of calculating averages and standard deviations, correlation coefficients, Chi-squared statistical analysis, Fibonacci or Arithmetic series, random number generation and the verification of prime numbers.

Financial Calculations - Boasting over 50 financial functions, the Novus Financial Calculator provides a very simple and user-friendly interface. Calculate loan payments, nominal and effective interest rates, yield to maturity on bonds, net present value of an unequal discounted cash flow series, interest yield of an investment, monthly payments of a car lease, interest rate on an equipment lease, monthly income of a reverse mortgage, how much money is needed to pay for pensions or college, how much retirement income you will have, and the savings required to reach an investment goal.

Mathematical Calculations - Includes many constants for performing complex mathematical calculations, such as pi, e, the euler-mascheroni constant, the golden mean, Catalan's constant, to name a few.

Time Calculations - Includes a time calculator that can convert times between decimal and hours-minutes-seconds formats. You can also compute elapsed times.
