Film critic Margaret Pomeranz introduces a special edition of Australian Story on the very special personal and professional bond shared by filmmaker Sarah Watt and her husband actor and writer William McInnes. The program was first broadcast in 2005, before the release of Sarah Watt's acclaimed first feature film 'Look Both Ways' starring her husband. Sarah was diagnosed with cancer during the film's post-production and passed away last week.

The program has been updated and concludes with a passage from William and Sarah's recently released book 'Worse Things Happen At Sea':

"The best thing I can do is balance the good luck with the bad and go with good grace, or in the current parlance of my children, suck it up and get on with it. For in our home, while despair and disappointment may sit quietly in a corner of the house, hope and grace take up more room. And again in the parlance of my children, it's all good."
