If not - a competent instructor and just a nice girl Amy Blackburn will teach you the basic movements and ligaments, consistently adding new ones, going from simple to complex, without pausing for a moment. She explains very lucidly and pleasant atmosphere in the studio. I liked that the program includes movements that carry the male dancers (so called dancing boots) (remember Woody Harelsona in "The Cowboy Way"?) .. In the performance of Amy they look extremely attractive, and when she promises that in jeans, it should look cool, it somehow believe. Music instrumental and very high quality, what is always nice.
