The Quill Gordon is another popular eastern Mayfly hatch, and again, we tie both the dry and the nymph versions to help prepare anglers to meet and match the hatch. The Beats Me, is a steelhead pattern developed and fished by the late Bill Alspach of Lewiston, Idaho. It's an excellent fly wherever steelhead are found.
