Preacher tells the story of Jesse Custer, a preacher in the small Texas town of Annville. Custer is accidentally possessed by the supernatural creature named Genesis in an incident which killed his entire congregation and flattened his church. Genesis, the product of the unauthorized, unnatural coupling of an angel and a demon, is an infant with no sense of individual will. However, as it is composed of both pure goodness and pure evil, it might have enough power to rival that of God Himself. In other words, Jesse Custer, bonded to Genesis, may have become the most powerful being in the universe.

AMC channel that is considered to be a cradle of such mega masterpieces as Breaking Bad and Mad Men TV series started development of a new challenging show called Preacher season 1, an adaptation of a comic book of the same name.

The main character Jesse Custer is a small Texas town preacher, whose level life has cardinally changed under the influence of mystic powers. His soul and mind were possessed by a certain entity, called Genesis. It is the pledge of a demon and angel union, the quintessence of good evil.

Preacher has lost his flock and now goes on a journey hoping to find God, and find out why did he send him this mystical entity. Beloved Tulip and his best friend Cassidy, an Irish vampire addicted to alcohol accompany Jesse in this journey. The project is going to be spectacular, just wait for the first episode to give your esteem.
