The Crucified Soldier offers evidence that uncovers the real record of the German army. With testimonies from First World War survivors, Oxbridge historians and the use of previously unknown documents, the documentary explains the reasons behind the First World War propaganda and offers evidence that supports the story of the crucified soldier: evidence that can finally put a name to the victim of one of the most infamous of all war stories.
