The Storm 2009 - Part Two

A tycoon (Treat Williams) with a fixation on weather-altering technology sees one of his experiments go horribly awry, with devastating meteorological results for the planet, and only a scientist (James Van Der Beek) and a reporter (Teri Polo) are willing to challenge him and demand he shut down his system for the good of the planet.
