John Robie, a former high-class thief known as The Cat, comfortable living on the Riviera, where a series of thefts carried out by imitating his technique suspicious to the police. Man tries to discover who is trying to get him into trouble. El hombre trata de descubrir quién está tratando de meterse en problemas.
