This Republican rebuttal was issued as an official minority report from the offices of Devin Nunes, Ranking Member, Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence; Jim Jordan, Ranking Member, Committee on Oversight and Reform; and Michael T. McCaul, Ranking Member, Committee on Foreign Affairs.
