    Gerd Rindel (f. 1941) er en dansk forfatter, der primært har skrevet romaner for børn og unge. Rindel debuterede i 1981 med romanen "Øretævens vej", der er første af fire bind om børns liv i 1870‘ernes Danmark. Rindel er kendt for ofte at hente sit materiale i historiske konflikter.

    I 1984 modtog Gerd Rindel Kulturministeriets Børnebogspris for "Øretævens vej", "Slagsmål og silkebånd" og "Brændevin og vokseværk".
