What you'll learn
- I will introduce you to Blender (free software)
- We will create a cinematic scene of Batman from the introduction
- I'll show you how to blend live footage with CG elements.
- We will create a simple but functional "City generator" in geo nodes
- I will share with you for free "Simple city generator"

Requirements
- No previous experience is required.

Description
What does this package contain?

-Step-by-step tutorialin which we create the animation you can see in the introduction video, plus all resources and .blend filewe work on in the tutorial.

-Simple City generator- Since we are also creating a "Simple city generator" in the tutorial, it is included in the package.

In this tutorial,we create a Batman animationinspired by the vibe from the movie The Batman (2022) by taking a small part from the movie to have the best possible reference for lighting and color-grading, and we built the entire scene around that, about 90% of the scene will be CGI at the end.

So,this is partly a VFX tutorialbecause we will try to blend live footage with CG elements.

This approach allows us to achieve thebest result faster and more efficiently.

This is actually similar to how most of the scenes in the film were shot. The city in the film is mostly CG.

Although I could have imported ready-made buildings there because I am the creator of "Editing building asset pack" and have created many of them in the past, I decided from the beginning to create an asset package just for this tutorial and scene torecord the whole process and learn as much as possible.

This time, the asset package was powered with theGeometry nodes modifier, and the result is afully procedural citythat we manage with a few sliders.

This part of the tutorial is ideal if you want to go deeper intoGeometry nodes, modeling, andtexturing.

SIMPLE CITY GENERATOR (INCLUDED)

City Generator is a simple but functional Geo Neode setup that is designed for quickly creating a city in the background.

With just 11 sliders, you can control and change the look of the entire city - from the density of small buildings, large buildings, seeds, and rotation seeds to the lighting inside the buildings and even the lighting of the entire city.

Who this course is for:
- Blender beginners as well as more advanced users
