Description
Course structureThe aim of the course is to learn how to juggle 3 balls. In the juggling world, it is considered that a trick is mastered when you manage to make 100 throws in a row. Therefore, our goal is to learn how to throw 3 balls 100 times in a row.In addition, I will teach you basic juggling techniques: bodythrows, siteswaps, multiplexes, balances. They will help you better control the balls and make your workouts more varied. Also, having mastered these techniques will make it easier for you to continue learning if you want to continue to juggle. Each session will begin with warm-up and coordination exercises. Then learning new tricks with one, two balls and many interesting variations. Every week I give you homework. It’s not necessary to do it, but I recommend it. At the end of course we will try endurance exercises, which making the task a little harder. My teaching method based on variability. I don't think that long repetition of one trick will give you a lot of experience. You need always to change tasks, change moves and your juggling skill will become better.Course resultsJuggle 3 ballsLearn over 100 tricks with 1 and 2 ballGet to know effective teaching methodsYou will understand how to develop further on your own
