Each week focuses on a key area of the body:

Skeleton & Proportions– Build a strong foundation by understanding the body’s internal structure and ideal proportions.

Legs and Feet– Learn to draw stable, dynamic lower limbs with accurate form and flow.

Thighs and Gluteals– Study the muscles of the upper legs and how they influence movement and volume.

Front Torso– Explore the ribcage, abdominal muscles, and overall front-plane structure.

Back Torso and Shoulders– Understand the complex layering of muscles that define posture and back anatomy.

Arms– Break down upper and lower arm anatomy for more confident gesture and structure.

Head: Face and Neck– Focus on facial structure, features, and how the neck supports and connects the head.

Wrap-Up – Last Lecture– Review key takeaways, solidify your understanding, and get tips on applying your anatomy knowledge to your own art practice.
