Description
It is everyone's responsibility to protect their mind, body, and soul, and learning the various Self Defence techniques is the perfect way to do it. Over the course of the next 30 videos, we will discuss simple, effective ways to defend the human body with our guide, coach, and a 3-time bronze winner in the world championships - Kru Hemanth Kumar.
With these online videos, you will be able to learn how to use basic pressure points and simple techniques. Each video will take a closer look at a different way in which you may find yourself facing a potential attacker. And then go on to show you the right techniques that will prepare you to get out of these situations.
One thing common in all the techniques that we are going to demonstrate hereon is – the importance of breathing when under an attack. Steady breathing will help your mind be stable and respond to the attack instead of reacting and becoming a victim. So, alwaysREMEMBER to BREATHE!
You do not need to have any expertise in martial arts to follow our lessons, but a good presence of mind and common sense will help you as you learn Self Defence in your own time.
