Description:
In this course, you will learn about core concepts in Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Management. The primary learning goal of this course is to achieve a comprehensive understanding of all major functions of an enterprise.

Topic covered include detailed lessons in seven enterprise functions   - CRM - Customer Relations Management, CPQ - Configure, Price and Quote, SCM- Supply Chain Management including Transport management, Materials Management and Production Planning, ACFI - Accounting and Finance, HCM - Human Capital Management, EM- Enterprise Management including Assets, Projects, Legal, IT and Risks, and finally KPI- Key Performance Indicators. When you learn about these topics in detail, you will get a comprehensive understanding of an enterprise. Exercises in this course are intended to help you engage with the enterprise at a deeper level.

The course requires the use of Excel 2007 or above only.  This is the only course available where you can learn ERP using Excel end to end. A toy train manufacturing company, called the Volcano Toy Company is used to teach the concepts from beginning to end. As you go through this course, you will realize that making a small toy train is not a trivial exercise. but you will gain enough information to start thinking about what it would take to manufacture a real train!
