Dasha Shwarzbach by Diana Aker

Photographer Diana Aker and model Dasha Shwarzbach teamed up for editorial titled, ‘goddess breakout‘. I was once a great goddess, famous throughout antiquity. But now I have to hide, hide behind the ridiculous mask of everything Earthly – these patterns on my face only emphasize my fall and humiliation. With each new century, I lose my strength and am forced to feel everything base from a person-fear, shame, pain, rejection, disgust. Once I was released, then the body was not for sex at all, it was for everything that exists, merged with nature and sacrificed to it.

Diana Aker was born in Moscow and studied the history of theater and cinema in college. She has been engaged in photography since 2013.
